External Supervision

Supervision external to that within the workplace offers a safe and confidential space to engage in critical reflective practice and skills development without any concern of office or sector politics.

What you can expect from External Supervision:

I have provided supervision to many professionals at all levels from on the ground direct Social Work, those starting their leadership careers as Team Leaders, Program Managers through to supervision of those at the General Manager and Executive levels.

External Supervision provides a confidential, ethical and compassionate space for exploring anything and everything, from the impact of the work to development or strengthening of strategies and building of resilience.

External Supervision will provide a space to step outside in order to step forward.

When is this this appropriate service for you?

I have provided supervision to Social Workers, Psychologists, Teachers and people with all different professional backgrounds who benefit from supervision in relation to leadership.

Together we can look at the role or impact of stress, work related trauma or simply how to manage your time more effectively. The time and space is yours to be supported in and through what ever it is that is taking up your space.
