About Me

Who I Am

I am a Social Work Executive who has had a 30 year long incredible and diverse career. I have now successfully transitioned to Coaching and Mentoring. Having received four Diplomas in coaching, I am now launching my own small business; Achieve Coaching.

I am passionate about working in partnership with people to assist them to unlock their own wisdom, skills and strengths. I believe everyone is the expert of themselves, their lives and aspirations.

My Approach

My coaching aims to walk along side you. Achieve Coaching is a small business that will always remain small in order to always provide you with a person centred approach focused only on your coaching needs and goals.

My coaching style is energetic and fun whilst being trauma informed, culturally attuned, sensitive and always transparent. Regardless of what leads you to Achieve Coaching, the overarching goal is to together find the best ways to increase your sense of resilience, build your self support and be able to achieve whatever you want to achieve. I understand the challenges we commonly experience in both our personal lives and our work places, with many of us feeling the pressure of the mental load.

All Achieve streams of Coaching employ the Australian Institute of Professional Coaching guidelines. I work in a confidential, non-judgemental manner that is trauma informed, strengths based and solution focused.

My qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work, Graduate Diploma of Child and Family Leadership practice and Diplomas in Coaching, Executive Coaching, Career Transition Coaching and Leadership Coaching.
